Convert a Twitter feed to a RSS feed

I found this great tuto to convert a twitter feed into a RSS feed: http://www.labnol.org/internet/twitter-rss-feed/28149/ Unfortunately, I could not make it work with the widget I was describing in a previous post. Stay tuned, I sent a bug report to the owner of the widget.
